InStamp Support

Questions, bug reports, and feedback are all welcome.

Email us at [email protected] and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can — usually within a few days. Including your iOS version and the App version (shown at the bottom of InStamp’s Settings) helps us help you faster.

Frequently asked questions

How do I restore a purchase?

Tap Restore on the paywall, or open Settings inside InStamp and choose your subscription row. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → InStamp and tap Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and choose the InStamp purchase.

iCloud Sync isn’t working — what should I check?

iCloud Sync is an InStamp Pro feature. Make sure Pro is active, all devices are signed in to the same Apple ID with iCloud enabled, and the devices are online. Large libraries can take a while to sync the first time.

How do I delete my data?

Delete individual stamps or collections inside the app at any time. Uninstalling the app removes all local data. If you used iCloud Sync, you can also remove synced data in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Does InStamp collect my photos or location?

No. Everything is processed on your device, and we operate no servers. Location is optional and only prints a place name inside your stamp’s postmark. The only thing the app sends out is anonymous crash reports, performance timings, and usage counts (via Google Firebase) — never your photos, stamps, or location. Read the full Privacy Policy.

Which languages does InStamp speak?

InStamp follows your iPhone’s language setting and is available in English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French and Spanish. This site comes in the same seven languages; the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are published in English only.
